What payment methods are available?
We accept Bills, Quarters, Dollar coins, and Credit and Debit Cards. The automatics also accept Apple Pay and Google Wallet.
What is wash club?
Wash club is available at all locations for the automatics. It is simple to use, just download our app www.everwash.com and wash once per day for one low monthly price.
What are wicket cards?
Wicket cards are prepaid cards that work for fleet accounts and/or gift cards for use in the manual bays.
Do wicket cards work on the automatics?
Unfortunately wicket cards do not work on the autos at this time.
What is the difference in touch free and soft scrub automatics?
Touch free is water and chemicals only, while soft scrub is closed cell foam brushes that scrub your entire vehicle.
I used only soap and water in the manual bays but my car isn't clean?
Cars are like dishes and sometimes just need to be scrubbed to get properly clean.
Why are your automatics sometimes closed in the winter?
When the temperature is below a certain degree there is a risk of ice buildup on the tracks which will result in the wash not working properly.
Do you offer fleet accounts?
We offer fleet accounts for both the self service bays, and the automatics or both depending on your fleet. Call 479-361-3000 for more info.
I washed in the self service bays and paid with a debit card how do I get my receipt?
Go to www.scadawash.com and click on e-receipts and follow the instructions.
